A Short Biography of Fr. Douglas B. Mills

The Ven. Dr. Douglas B. Mills was called as the second Rector to Holy Trinity Anglican Church from his post as Rector of Christ Covenant Anglican Church in Sevierville, TN, a position he had held since 1985.

Fr. Mills was also Headmaster of Covenant Christian Academy, which was started by his parish in 1989. He serves as Dean of the Department of External Studies for Andrewes Hall Theological Seminary of the Reformed Episcopal Church.

Fr. Mills' experience includes being a hospital chaplain, a certified Christian Counselor, Dean of the Convocation (REC Diocese of the Southeast) and he is still Chairman of the REC Educational Committee.

Fr. Mills and his wife, Jennifer, have been married over 30 years and have five children and one grandson. He holds theology degrees from Liberty Bible College, International Seminary, and the Minnesota Graduate School of Theology. Fr. Mills served in the Navy and held several professional positions before studying for the ordained ministry.
